Site Fees
2021 – 2022
Our annual site fees range from £3,684.36 to £3,918.33
Our season runs from the 1st March to the 1st November.
Please note: Holiday Homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
When purchasing please consider other annual costs to inlcude: caravan insurance, electricity, gas, boiler services and winterisation.
